7.1.17 – “ENDURANCE RACING IN MY ACCORD RACING MACHINE”

Really fun race with a big crowd, 3rd place finish.  After the huge amount of damage to the car from last season, the car is barely hanging on at this point with some performance issues.  Practice/ qualifying went well, I had the 2nd fastest time which put me on the first row with Robert Rice.

The start was good but an early red flag threw things off for me.  The information from race control on the radio was a little confusing and I had a terrible restart.  I fell to 3rd place and tried to fight my way back.  All said it was a really fun race with big thanks to my spotter Scott who did a great job!

Thanks to Robert Rice racing for getting the car working and everyone who came out!
